1. Who is Cursed Productions?

Cursed Productions is an incorporated business licensed and operating in the state of Indiana.
We started operations in 1989 with the publication of the first issue of Metal Curse magazine. Since that time we've grown into an underground Metal record label and mail-order retailer of the finest in Death Metal, Black Metal, Grind, Doom, Thrash, Crust, and other forms of musical extremity that the world-wide underground scene has to offer.

3. How do I add items to my shopping cart?

Simply click the add to cart button from the Product Listing or Product Description pages for any item you would like to add to your shopping cart.

4. Do I have to buy an item once it is in my shopping cart?

No. Items in your shopping cart can be removed at any time before completing the checkout process by first clicking the view cart icon at the top of your screen, and then clicking the remove button to the right of the price of the item you wish to remove.

5. If I leave this site and come back later, will everything still be in my shopping cart?

Yes. As long as you have not logged off of your internet connection in the meantime, our shopping cart will remember everything you have placed into it.

6. How do I buy the items in my shopping cart?

Simply click on the checkout icon at the top of any page, or the checkout button at the bottom of the shopping cart page, and enter your name, address, contact information, and payment information into the form.

7. How can I be sure that my credit card information is protected?

Our credit card processing is now handled by PayPal, the global leader in online payment solutions.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

PayPal uses the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to encrypt all your personal information (including your credit card information).
You can tell when a web page is on an SSL secure server, because the address in your web browser's "address" box will change from "http://" to "https://" which denotes a secure connection.
Also, your web browser has a padlock icon (for Netscape it's in the lower left corner, for Firefox it's in the lower right corner, for Internet Explorer it's in the lower right but not all the way in the corner) that will be locked to indicate a secure connection.

8. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards (processed through PayPal) and money orders.

To pay by money order, simply type "money order" in the comments box of our order form, or email us your order, and then send your money order to:

Please be advised that if you are not paying by PayPal or credit card, we must wait until your money order has arrived before we are able to send your order. We will hold the items in your Shopping Cart for two (2) weeks only.

9. May I order by phone?

Yes. Call our order line at 1-574-294-6610 at any time to place an order.
If no one is available to take your order, please leave your name and phone number and a customer service representative will promptly return your call.
If you prefer to leave your order and not wait for someone to return your call, please remember to include the items you would like, your name, address, payment method, and contact information so that we may confirm your order.

10. Do you ship internationally?

We're happy to ship your order to anywhere the US government allows.
Please keep in mind that while we offer our customers free shipping on all domestic orders, we must charge $12 for the first item and then $3 per additional item for shipping on all international orders.

11. What are your shipping rates?

All Cursed Productions customers receive free shipping within the USA!
For foreign orders, we charge $12 for the first item and then $3 for each additional item for USPS First-Class International or Priority Mail International shipping. We apologize for the high shipping charges, but the US Post Office has drastically increased its rates recently (essentially doubling foreign postage costs!) and just the postage to send a single CD to, for example, Europe is now $12.75.

12. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For orders shipped within the USA, we use United States Postal Service First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. Standard delivery times vary, depending on distance, but generally we have found that most customers receive their orders in about 5 to 7 business days.
For foreign orders, we use either USPS First-Class International or Priority Mail International, once again depending on the weight of the package. According to the US Post Office, Priority Mail International is supposed to take 6 - 10 business days to most destinations. The only time estimate that the US Post Office will give for First-Class International is "varies by destination," but we have found that it typically takes less than 14 days to arrive.
Please keep in mind that depending on where you live (large city, out in the country, etc...) it may take some extra time for your package to arrive.

13. What is your return policy?

It is our policy to accept returns on defective merchandise only.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us right away at or 1-574-294-6610.

14. If I want my order shipped outside of the USA, will I have to pay customs?

You might. Depending on where you live, the size of your order, and so on, you may have to pay some extra customs fees at your local post office. These fees have nothing to do with us, but we're always happy to comply with any special instructions you might have to help you avoid unnecessary fees - if you need an invoice attached to the outside of the package, for example. Please note any such special instructions in the comments box of the order form.

15. What do I do if I want you to send my order via Registered mail?

Simply let us know in the comments box of the order form, and we will be happy to register your package.
Please keep in mind that the the Post Office currently charges at least $12.95 to register a package, and we will have to add this to amount to your total.

16. What options do you have to get my order here faster?

Cursed Productions provides free USPS First-Class or Priority Mail shipping to all our customers within the United States.
If you require faster delivery, for an additional fee, we can ship your order to you Express Mail, Global Express Guaranteed, various UPS options - however you like.
Prices will vary depending on how quickly you want your order to arrive and the size of your order.

Please indicate in the comments box of the order form if you would like any type of rush delivery (or other special instructions), and we will contact you with your new total, including rush delivery.

17. What are the minimum web browser requirements to use this web site?
